Amazing service I had an emergency they got me on same day got me out of pain immediately. Very gentle and caring. I was going to a different dentist until I experienced the wonderful service from this dentist office. Would 100% recommend!

I am not very Happy with this dentist office right now,I will update post as I hear from them about resolving my 4 year loss of paying them out of pocket,when I had dental blue cross insurance,the real issue is there office managers did not do there jobs,just so everyone understands,this issue started with the dentist Franco fachini,he sold the business to anveet Diwhalli,the new dentist,I have had major Cash payout of my pocket,while having dental coverage,these 2 Dentist have made a lot of money from me and Debra and our family and friends,but don't want to compromise out of there pocket a fair cash payment back to me.this is a office managers jobs to make sure t he patient insurance info in intered in the system for proper billing,if my insurance blue cross card was handled correctly,we would not be having this issue,I have paid out of pocket,thousands of Dollars and at the same time,I was paying about $35.00 a month for dental thru blue cross blue shield,add that up for 4 years while the dentist office was doing nothing about it.i have spoken to Mr Diwhalli about this ,he told me they are not liable to do anything about this,I have paid for surface fillings that cost $500,1 fi

My first time at this office, first impression was amazing! Nice office, the friendliest staff to meet and greet me the Doctor was kind, she was gentle and listened to my cares and concerns. I was able to see the Doctor and get my cleaning in the same appointment. Thanks 5 Oaks Highly recommend 👌 also accepted my health plan greatly appreciate that

Everyone at Five Oaks is so kind. They go above and beyond. I was referred by a coworker a couple years back when Dr. Facchini was the dentist & Five Oaks has been my go to ever since. They have a great In House dental plan. Tina is my hygienist and she really gets down to business. She's so efficient. Dr. Dhaliwal took over and I have zero complaints. She's so kind. Rene at the front desk is great too! I feel taken care of. I can just go in and they make sure my mouth is in tip top shape. I recommend to everyone.

I’ve been going to the same dentist since I was a child, But finally had to make a switch due to insurance coverage. I was referred to Five Oakes by good friend, And I’m really glad I made the switch. I’ve been coming here for about two or three years now for my cleanings. They take really good care of me here. Everyone is super friendly and professional. My dental hygienist is very gentle which I appreciate because in the past I’ve gotten some with a heavy hand. The receptionist is always kind. I’ve now referred my husband to start coming here and I will make sure to refer anybody else here because they’re great at what they do!
